You may also make bookings through an Online Travel Agent (OTA). Some of the more popular OTAs are Agoda, Expedia, and Booking.com

Q: Did I need to complete the payment to secure my booking?
Yes, you are required to settle the payment in full to confirm your booking.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?
Although individual hotel policies may vary, most hotels have a minimum age requirement of 21 years old. Please call the resort directly prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements.

Q: Do I have to present anything during check-in?
1. Valid Identification / a passport must be presented upon registration / check-in

2. The resort reserves the right to decline check-ins should any guest fail to comply

Q: Can I request a smoking or non-smoking room?
All our rooms are non-smoking.

Q: Is there a specific check-in time?
Our resorts check-in time is 2.00 pm.

Q: Can I use a credit card?
We accept credit cards.

Q: What is the child and extra bed policy?
The additional charge for adults is RM280 per adult and RM230 per child. Please note that the mentioned rates do not include an extra bed/mattress. If you require an extra bed, an additional charge of RM100 per room per night will be applied.

Kindly inform us in advance about your requirement for a baby cot. Our dedicated team will ensure that your little one enjoys a safe and cozy environment throughout your stay with us. Please note all requests in the “Special Request” area when making a reservation on our website.

Q: What is included in your stay?
1. Return boat transfer from JSK Rampayan Jetty to JSK Mantanani Island Resorts

Q: How do I get to Rampayan Jetty?
To get to Rampayan Jetty, located in Kota Belud, guests may opt to purchase our transportation service from our booking page in advance and enjoy a convenient and hassle-free round trip to our resort.

For guests who have purchased our transportation service, kindly be informed that the pick-up point is at Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, Kota Kinabalu and the departure time is at 7.00 a.m. (guest may approach JSK Counter upon arrival).

Guests who have not purchased the transportation package are responsible for arranging their own commute or driving themselves to JSK Rampayan Jetty, Kota Belud.

Please note that the drive to the jetty would take approximately 90 minutes, subject to traffic conditions. At the jetty, we push off at 9.30 a.m., and take a 45-minute boat ride to arrive at our resort.
