Cancellations / Rescheduling and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your reservation.
For any cancellations or changes, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.
1. Guaranteed Reservations (Credit Card/Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit)
Once a reservation has been confirmed, any cancellations or changes must be communicated via email or phone. The following penalties apply for a cancellation, shortened stay, or changing dates:
- 1. Cancellation Requests
The following cancellation terms apply based on the timing of your request:
- Within 7 days or less before arrival or in case of a NO SHOW: No refund; full payment for all reserved nights required.
- 8–14 days before arrival: No refund, but you can reschedule your stay.
- 15–29 days before arrival: You can reschedule or receive a 50% refund.
- 30 days or more before arrival: You can reschedule or receive a full refund.
- 1.1 Shortened Stays
If you need to shorten your stay after booking, the following terms apply:
- Within 7 days or less before arrival: No refund; full payment for all reserved nights required.
- 8–14 days before arrival: No refund, but you can reschedule, regardless of the shortened stay.
- 15–29 days before arrival: You can reschedule or receive a 50% refund for the shortened days.
- 30 days or more before arrival: You can reschedule or receive a full refund for the shortened days.
- Note — Rescheduling and Date Changes: Changes to existing bookings depend on room availability and require approval by JSK Mantanani Island Resorts. New rates will apply based on the date of your rescheduling request.
- 1.2 Third-Party Reservations
If you booked through a third-party website, all cancellations must be handled directly with them. JSK Mantanani Island Resorts is not authorized to cancel or issue refunds for any third-party reservations.
- Refund Processing: A 2% fee may be charged by the payment gateway; the exact amount may vary based on the payment service provider.
- 1.3 Non-Guaranteed Reservations
Reservations made without payment are not guaranteed by the resort.
2. Cancellation by Company
In certain circumstances, JSK Mantanani Island Resorts may need to cancel or modify reservations:
- For safety or commercial reasons, in the event of inclement weather that results in the cancellation of the last boat to JSK Mantanani Island Resorts, guests may be allowed to reschedule or obtain a full refund of the booking, at the sole discretion of JSK Mantanani Island Resorts.
- Except as set out above, JSK Mantanani Island Resorts will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligations caused by an event outside of our control.
3. Refund Payment
Please note the following regarding refund processing:
- Any eligible refund request will be processed within a minimum of thirty (30) days from the date of cancellation. The refund process may take longer during peak seasons due to increased transaction volume.
